This is the most Unprofessional and rude store I have ever dealt with. I talked to a lady over the phone I'm guessing she's the... Manager she wouldn't hear what I'm saying and also kept sighing and acting like I was confusing her. I ordered 2 veggie pizzasand one pepperoni and they sent me 2 pepperoni and one veggie and she was acting like I was speaking in tongue or something whatis so hard to understand ill never buy from them again. This is the most unprofessional papa John?s location I?ve EVER dealt with. The ?female? on the phone claimed to be the manger... yet would never reveal her name. She was incredibly rude, disrespectful and lacks all of the character/ qualities to hold amanagerial position. My delivery pizza was sent to a third party for delivery and I never received it? so I called papa John?son pioneer parkway in Arlington, Texas to let them know the situation, the ?female? cut me off hung up on my face and hasn?tissued me a refund nor tried to send a new pizza out to try and make right a wrong Situation ? Pizza was soggy and cold
This was my 2nd time coming to this location because it was on my way home so I was a walk- in both times. I spoke to Emily who... took my order at the front. She was very nice and welcomed me in with a pretty smile along with Richard in the back who greetedme as soon as I walked in and engaged in conversation with me while waiting on my pizza that made the time go by faster. Theywere the main reason I came back to this location even though I have a store closer to home. This store did great with customerservice ????????. When in town I do plan on stopping by again.
