Michelle was a great server. Prices are high. Bread and butter was wonderful! Calamari was delish..but not much for $18. Shrimp... that came with trout were old tasting. Trout and spinach, yum. The shrimp brochette (shrimp kisses) and dirty rice were delish.No beer list, but server went and wrote them down for us. Read more
The food is good, big portions, I love the theme of the place. Our waiter was Ian and he was great! If you get there around 2... you will probably have to wait for an hour. We stayed at the bar, order our food and then moved to a table when it was ready, assoon as we sat our food was served, so we had a great experience. Read more
I love pappadeaux. They must have done a recent remodel. The restaurant is heavily themed and really a more elegant dining... experience reminiscent of a time past. Pappadeaux is by far one of my favorite spots and I am known to frequent. My favoritething to get is the Redfish with the Oscar topping. Waited over an hour for a table but it was a Saturday night. I recommendcoming in at 4:30pm on a Saturday to get a jump on the line. Read more

Great experience. All the parking is in the back. They lost a star because they don't enforce their parking signs. I noticed a... few people leaving the restaurant who had been parked in the curbside pickup spots out front. They offer a 25% discount for theveterans meal. Service was good and they offered off menu specials that tasted delicious. They need a larger drink menu but theones they do have are top shelf. Enjoy. Read more
What was most amazing about this dining experience was the service! We had the best server in the world!! The food was... incredible as always. I highly recommend the crab and spinach dip, fried catfish, gumbo, and blackened catfish. The atmosphereis more homey than upscale like some other locations but it definitely gets the job done. The food was fantastic! Rave! Rave! Rave! Oysters on the half shell, gumbo, catfish, crayfish, house salad! Well, I guess it... could have been deemed great service if you wanted everything out at the same time!?!? The first thing we asked for, some breadand butter, came out after everything else was already on the table. The only timely item was dessert, creme brulee. The servertried, Julian was really nice but he made a mistake with the oysters, we ordered half, he brought a dozen. We informed him ofthe mistake the next time he came to the table, but forgot and had to correct our ticket after he had already presented it forpayment. Julian also failed to time everything appropriately, who wants their hot food to get cold while you're eating yourappetizers and salads? Our table was so full. It was a party! Instead of a leisurely lunch with my wife and mother-in-law. Maybewe have to ask for certain items to be served at certain times? Or am I making a mountain out of a mole hill??? One lastmention, I don't think a guest should have to worry about all the spiders along the rails and path from the back lot. Therestaurant is a beautiful space, the dining room and bar looked and smelled clean. The men's restroom needed some attention. Atfirst we thought staffing may have been an issue as we waited behind another couple a few minutes before anyone come to thehostess stand. But nope, there was enough staff, a few standing and talking among themselves by the restrooms. We really enjoythe great food, it's been a very long time since we've eaten here.
