Came here back in 2021 and we seem to always make our way here. The food is great and the drinks are awesome!! Hopefully they... keep 'em coming and strong just how I like 'em. We stopped in right about 40 minutes before closing. We were coming straight from 6 flags. The waiter, Tyler was very kind and... welcoming to us. He was very prompt and took our order. We tried the Renosa enchilada plate. Our kids had the kids plate. One ofour children had the fajita soft taco off of the child's plate. And our other child had a cheese enchilada with red sauce. Bothof our children commented on how good the food was and how hot it was! Our son enjoyed his cheese enchilada and was veryimpressed at how hot and stringy it was! The chips and salsa were delicious. Cokes refresh. However they do have a bar whichwill serve all kinds of different beverages. My husband and I enjoyed our enchilada plate as well. Great place as always. Server and Manager were very helpful with our gluten free questions and making sure what we ordered was... safe for us. We were not fans of the gluten free chips so took our chances with the regular chips. Only reason for concern onthose wss cross contamination from them not being fried in a dedicated fryer. No issues as of yet. For the sour cream chickenenchiladas my dad just got sour cream on the side since the sauce had flour in it. Still love eating at Pappasitos! Enjoyedthe cajeta dessert as always, still no effects from that either so not sure why its not on the gluten free menu. I’ve never been here before. The food was really good, the server was awful. She was older but I can’t remember her name.... She was always at the table reaching over all nine of us at the worst times, interrupting us but anytime we needed anything shewas nowhere to be found AT ALL. I spent $280.00 the food was great the server definitely did not deserve a $50.00 tip. I wish Icould go reach over her dinner table while she’s eating and grab plates- that is so rude to me and there were so many rudethings she did. Common sense is free. If I had of tipped her what she actually deserved it would have been $5.00 and I use to bea server. UPDATE- I just looked at the receipt the server was Teresa B and it was tonight. I didn’t talk to manager which Idefinitely should have because it was my best friends birthday and I kept thinking “there’s no way she’s going to keepreaching over us and interrupting us the whole time” but she did and it was the entire meal. Great drinks. The service is wonderful. Great place to go if you are hungry. Each Andre gives you a massive amount of food. Ask... questions before you order to ensure you are getting what you are looking for but the food is great Read more
Always a great experience! The food is great each and every time. Though we are all creatures of habit and usually get the same... items. I am sure you will like just about anything on the menu. I tried the Pappasito’s Famous Burrito with half chicken andhalf fajita. I’ll just say, it was amazing! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Give Pappasito’s Cantina atry! Really really fantastic fajitas. Nice environment. Wait staff was very helpful. Homemade tortillas are a big big plus (way... better than prepackaged ones you get in a lot of restaurants). Queso wasn't my favorite, but was after adequate. Funenvironment. But I am giving it the full 5 stars because of the steak fajitas. Read more
The food was good, it has brought to the table fresh, just cooked. I enjoyed the beef fajitas and the flour tortillas,... everything else was just ok. Salsas could use better flavor. The prices are very high compare to the amount of food that youget. The servers are very nice and helpful but the wait time it’s long. The place has a lot of seating indoor and outdoor andit has a good atmosphere. We did had a bad experience with the manager having a condescending attitude and pretty much notproviding us service anymore. Read more
