I have mixed feelings about my experience tonight. Me and my Husband were in search of Pho, but had no luck with our usual... restaurant given the hour. We noticed Pho 18 (8 sign is broken) as they were open till midnight. Upon waking towards this placeof Business I bore witness to a Man (Looked like staff) peeing on the left side of the building, my Husband stood in disbelief.After waking in we grew excited hearing the Music and thought there was a DJ. After waking in, the Atmosphere was great, but itwas a private party - whole restaurant was bought out. Two issues with this. 1. Door sign says Open 2. No postings about thisparty to inform the public when entering 3. Bathrooms exists for a reason Not sure what?s going on here but Pho 18 can handlethis better. I was denied service at 10:15pm while it clearly shows a 2:00 m closing. There were plenty of empty tables
Came here for a private party. The food was alright definitely underseasoned but Karaoke was fun. Also a bunch of local singers... and 1 very famous singer came out tonight. Read more
I don?t often write low ratings but this place should seriously consider changing their business category from restaurant to... entertainment of some kind. NOT family friendly in the evening! Here it goes, I walked in during evening hours with my kids,and well the place was like a bar! Loud music, lights, dance floor, cocktails and indoor smoking. They offered to give usservice and a table that was next to the table with about ten people seated and half of them smoking. Needless to say, we kindlysaid thanks and left. I can handle music, booze, but seriously smoking!? It?s cool, if that?s the business atmosphere theywant to provide-but they?re listed as a Pho restaurant which is not reflective of their Karaoke/Bar set up. Read more
This review is going to be really personal because of the way we were treated and what I found in my soup. First of all as we... were arriving to the restaurant this Asian man tried to run us off the road. It was only a two-way street and he was on thewrong side he was like pushing us over to the side . He ended up working at the restaurant. We didn't notice that until we wereleaving. The waitress was very unprofessional. Did not know anything about the menu at all. Anything we asked she wasn't sureabout. I ended up finding in my soup a part of something you cut the vegetables on I'm sure I'm not quite too sure it lookedlike some kind of antenna with little antennas sticking out and it was a pho soup. The food was terrible the restaurant lookeddirty from the inside. absolutely would NOT recommend this restaurant AT ALL! I would give it a minus five stars.! Now hopefullywe don't all get sick! Very clean, peaceful environment, helpful and friendly staff. The food is very fresh and they are willing to accommodate any... request or answer any question that you might have. The 4 stars is due to the language barrier that leaves you wondering if theyreally understood you until they bring your order. :-) In my case, I was able to breath on easy when my meal arrived!! We had a small party yesterday at Ph? 18 aka Club 18. The food was good. It was fun and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and... hospitality of the owner. There is Oneman Band for everyone wants to sing. And there is also a small dance floor for people. Read more
