I ordered carry out and noticed while I was waiting for the cashier to bring out my order that one of the staff was making pizza... and putting the toppings on with NO GLOVES!! Seriously!! I kindly took my order and took it to the nearest trash. About $9 downthe drain but to be making food with no gloves is just not cool. Do not eat here ???????? Read more
Placed an order online and never recieved it. Had to call the store because there is no way to verify delivery the actual status... of order. All my information was correct but driver supposedly took it to wrong address. It had already been an hour so I optedto refund. They were super indifferent about the situation. Read more
Pizza was under cooked. Highly dissatisfied! Normally this location is awesome. I drove out of my way to order from this... location. I was really expecting to enjoy my pizza but after placing back in the oven for 15 minutes I was over it. Read more
Whatever you do do not buy pizza at this location it's been several months but I've bought pizza that was below par but I never... complained until today today I received a pizza with hair wrapped under the topping and the picture seemed below I pulled it outand place it on top for view in purposes I called the store and asked for my pizza to be remade and deliver to be told thatremakers can't be delivered I have to come to the store to pick them up even though I paid a delivery fee to receive a pizzawith hair in it this is absurd I called and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager Jordan gets on and places me back on holdfor 5 minutes just to say Hey I can make your pizza but who knows when you're gonna get it and by the time you do get it it'sgonna be cold! At this point I just want a refund to then be asked for my entire debit card number you should have what's onfile! If you can't make a pizza properly I definitely don't trust giving you my debit card information over the phone and to betreated in such manner I definitely don't have any trust that you wouldn't do anything scrupulous with my information. Ordered the spicy lovers pizza and they gave me a pepperoni with pepper flakes on it? and they also didn?t give me parmesan... cheese I paid for. And to top it off some worker was in the back coughing all on her hands. Terrible customer service, nevercoming back. Read more
This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Ever. I thought I'd take a chance since they messed my order up before 2... times & gave me a credit to use...big mistake. The pizza is not even done all the way & they just threw so much sauce on it.This is supposed to be Detroit Style. It's actually Trashcan Style because that's where it's going. I placed an order using the app and did the contactless curbside pick up and they took for ever to bring it out. I ordered 2... large pizzas and breadsticks one of the pizzas had a hair on it Then I called to see if they could redo it and I was hung up on.My wife called back to speak to some one else and they said they could redo it to go back and pick it up she asked if they coulddeliver it instead of us picking up since our kids were already hungry and ready to eat and she said no that they would have tocharge us delivery my wife explained that it was not our mistake the pizza had a hair in it and the manager continued to arguewith her about how it was impossible for them to deliver it with out a delivery fee. I wish I could give this unorganized restaurant 0 stars. I just called and waited about 10 minutes then when the manager picked... up, he was very rude and unfriendly. He claimed all the deliveries were DoorDash and that they had no regular delivery, but thedelivery man literally just left my door when I called and it was a normal Pizza Hut delivery man and not no DoorDash. He saidhe will give me credit back and just hung up on me. I didn?t even get to finish my sentence. So rude and a loss of money. Notordering here anymore, save your money folks. Read more
