I don't know why this store is so slow. It took over an hour to get a pizza and cheese sticks delivered less than a mile away.... Barely warm and hard. Takeout is similarly frustrating. Poor communication, poor management. I'd rather order from somewhereelse from now on. Read more
Ordered through Pizza Hut website 2 pizzas 2 order of wings and drinks. Website said it would be delivered in 35 minutes. 1 hour... later I call the store to see if there is an issue and was informed that the order was given to a DoorDasher but they had noinfo on the person. I never received the order nor did the DoorDasher return to the store with the food. 2 hours later Icancelled the order. Store employee said refund would take 3 days. Read more
I was so disappointed with my order, I had my order delivered, I track the pizza on the app. I ordered my pizza & boneless wings... @ 9:17 pm, the email I received & the tracking app said it would be delivered by 9:52. I didn?t receive it until 10:30pm. So mydelivery finally arrived, I received my pizza no wings. So I tired calling the location they never answer the phone. So beforethe door dash guy left from delivering my pizza without the boneless wings. I asked him nicely to go back and pick up myboneless wings. He went back with the receipt and brought back my boneless wings. The pizza location on S Watson Road isHORRIBLE, I wouldn?t give the any star?s, for me to comment I had to give a star. Read more
My first time ordering from this location and I gave it a 3 stars cause my food was hot and delicious. It only took them 35... minutes to cook and deliver it to me which is great. I also ordered a 4 pack of Sierra Mist but never received it. I called butwas on hold for 25 minutes. We called again on another phone and after 20 minutes we hung up. I guarantee no one likes to orderthings they paid for and not receive them plus at the same time you can't get in touch with no one to find a solution for theissue. Read more
I was so disappointed in Pizza Hut! My husband picked up our order and this is what our wings looked like. The honey barbecue... wings have always been a favorite and for the first time, as a Pizza Hut customer, this is the first time I received wings thatlooked liked someone just drizzled barbecue sauce. This is why I stopped ordering from this horrible location! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Had to work late and ordered... pizza for my boys and this is what was delivered ? This hard *** dried up pizza. Trying to make me come up to the store to jumpthrough hurdles to get a refund or my order remade, when I?m currently working and to top it off they wouldn?t even deliver itafter I paid for delivery!! 10-9-21: 1:30pm I originally chose delivery and ordered online. However, my window kept being pushed back. So I called to see... what was going on. After all, I had to pick it up. I arrive at the location and I felt like nobody wanted be at work today!!I?m not saying be chipper but a ?Hello? goes far. I walked in? no greet? then 3 other people walked in after me separately? andno greet. I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. The food was warm? I?m assuming it?s warm because the food was waiting for delivery.The guy told me their oven isn?t working so they places the orders in bags. I asked how long to remake my items and he said15mins. I told him that I would wait. He went to the back and talked to someone else. I guess they agreed to remake myitems. Come on Pizza Hut! People don?t want warm food upon pickup! Fix the oven please! Ordered a double order of cinnamon sticks with my delivery order. Received garlic sticks instead. Called the manager and she... advised I pick up the sticks because it could take a while for a delivery. She said she was having the sticks go into the ovenat that time. Drove to Pizza Hut where the lobby was full of people picking up orders. The manager in charge with red and whitebraids in her hair was rude to all of her employees and also told them to turn off the Mexican music because it bothered her.She was extremely unprofessional and rude to customers as well. A couple employees seemed afraid of her. The warmer that storedthe pizzas was in disarray and they couldn't get anyone's orders correct. After 30 minutes of waiting she finally had my sticksordered to go in the oven. One of the employees had gotten off work there at 4pm and came in with her husband to order pizza,saw the chaos and stepped in to help out while her husband sat in the car. She apologized to all of us in the lobby waiting.She was still there when I left. The people I spoke with had been waiting an hour. I finally received my sticks in just over anhour. Some customers were commenting on their situation and that no one in the kitchen was wearing gloves while handling food.We watched employees touch dirty objects, their hair and their noses and continued to handle food. I wouldn't be surprised ifthe health department gets a call. By the time I got back home, the pizza that was delivered earlier was now cold and no longerhad its freshness. Horrible! Read more
