I used to work here as a driver some years ago, can confirm this place is garbage. So many screw ups I was surprised they still... had so many customers. All the employees would just smoke while there were pizzas coming out of the oven/phones ringing. When itwas 30 minutes before close and there were phones ringing one of the managers would literally pick it up and hang up immediatelyuntil they stopped calling. Wrong pizzas/orders going to the wrong places all the time. Drivers constantly no show and not doany prep. Terrible place go get food from somewhere else. Read more
Not Happy. 2nd time I've had problems with this store in last two ordered. When you spend over $50.00 and it takes over an hour... to be delivered on a Monday at 7pm, it's not a good thing. Should have read the reviews first. No soda or sauce for breadsticks. Asked driver and he said call the store, haha store never... picked up. Called twice and was on hold 20 mins each time. I know it's only a soda and sauce but come on get it right or refundme. Read more
This Pizza Hut is always my go-to when I do not feel like cooking. I always do the online ordering and they always bring me... exactly what I want and in a timely fashion. This time my food was actually delivered before the tracker said it was out fordelivery. Read more
Staff was quick, efficient & helpful. My order was ready on time, fresh, accurate, neat & clean in appearance. Pricing was good... as well.. My order total came out to be $21 & some change for two large specialty pizzas! Read more
Ordered a pizza last night at 9pm. The pizza showed up at 10:50pm. The order was wrong and incomplete. The cheese sticks were... burnt and the pasta was extra hard as if it had sat in the oven too long. They closed at 11 so of course I had no way to reachthem. I call in this morning to discuss my order and was told they can only give me a credit for less than I paid. I went upthere to pick up my new order and it still wasn't complete. I had to wait for the rest of my order. Then when I asked for somecrushed red pepper I was told I had to pay a dollar for that!! The nerve of them after you inconvenienced me!! I will neverorder from Pizza Hut AGAIN!! on top of all of that when I got the pizza it was sealed but the one that was delivered last nightwas not sealed.. Ordered delivery in game day, and my pizza came 40 minutes later. Normally it takes at least an hour. Freshness was fairly... decent, and the taste was amazing as usual. Our delivery driver was nice and prompt. Read more
