Visited this Popeyes location last night after arriving from out of town. We were hoping to not have to cook after a 3+ hour... drive and being pretty exhausted. The intention was to order the $43 16 piece family meal, but we only wanted dark meat sinceneither of us eat breast. I?m assuming we would have received 4 breast. The lady taking my order insisted that we could only getthe family meal mixed. We then asked if there was any meal we could get with only dark meat because we didn?t want the breast.The lady said no, can only get a family meal mixed. We left without ordering and kinda shocked that this Popeyes would ratherlose $43 than not give 4 breasts. Im also kinda shocked that there aren?t meals for only dark meat. Looks like I had a better experience than others. They got my order correct.

We stopped by this Popeyes late Friday night 10/21 after a game. They were about to close and the drive thru was packed so we... went in. Jayda served us and was extremely nice!!! Very professional and I know they were tired, but she took her time andtreating us with a smile, made suggestions was just a really nice person. I'm writing because service is often overlooked andmany people will complain, but I wanted to show gratitude for her. Many places service is pretty bad, but my wife and I bothsaid in the car how sweet she was. If you are the manager there, please let her know to keep up the good work, it does meansomething. This is the worst Popeyes in the entire state of Texas. NO customer service, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNATTENTIVE, RUDE, and to make... matters worse the manager with customers in the lobby, cursing very loudly. This location needs a total overhaul! I live lessthan a mile from this location, yet I will drive 6 miles to the location on South Carrier Pkwy in Grand Prairie for GREATcustomer service and ALWAYS fresh chicken. Read more

I rather drive to the location in Grand Prairie on Carrier Ave then this one. They don't answer the phone and when you place an... order through the drive thru they will tell you that they don't have certain chicken parts or that a 15 minute wait for chickento be dropped and fried. I?ve been here twice and get their nuggets on all visits. Thought I would give this place a second chance. Their nuggets hasn?t... changed since last visit. They are tiny, inconsistent, and rarely any meat. Idk why they threw in a big piece. I got 12 piecenuggets and all fit into a 8pc box. Save your drive to this Popeyes and go to the one in Carrier. I ordered red beans and rice mac and cheese they sent fries I paid 25 bucks for fries. I have covid I can't leave the house or... I would have went up there. The phone doesn't work so I couldn't get through to call. horrible Read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! Went on a Saturday afternoon at 1:00p. They where already out of sweet tea and the only sides they had... where fries. Gave me my receipt and the order was completely wrong. They said they would have to charge me again for the order Iactually wanted and give me a refund for the wrong order in TWO WEEKS!! Even though they charged me extra for the wrong order, Itold them to forget about the refund because I just wanted my order. They said they couldn?t give me my order without chargingme again and sending the refund. Made absolutely NO SENSE! After a lot of back and forth, I got my sandwich and when I got home,there was a long black hair in my sandwich. When I tried to call the number didn?t work.
