Sandwiches were better than last month. I guess drive through don't care how the sandwiches come out. The biggest concern is... the toilet in the restroom, the toilet bowl had black mold all inside. It was disgusting. Read more
Glad to see another sandwich shop competitor, just wish I could say the actual food was something to write home about.
No manager, watered-down expensive milkshakes, and given old lettuce in my salad. When I asked for a refund for the watery ice... cream shakes, was told the ?district manager? would get in contact with me. I?m not impressed, and I can see why this restaurantis always empty whenever I visit. Many restaurants here in Arlington have very low standards and no management to overseeoperations. Read more

If I could put a negative number. We brought lunch for staff and a salad was missing. When we call back to the restaurant the... manager said he made all 4 salads and he was not going replace. Pretty much calling us a liar. Worst customer service ever theywere so rude. Read more
Absolutely no one on the drive thru. Got the smallest sandwich in the menu. Took them forever. It's a sandwich! Not that hard to... do. When ask hey I've been waiting, I got yeah I just told them, or uh huh. Not even an apology for their delay. Read more
Sandwiches are so good and made to order. The broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite, great flavor and it is thick and creamy. The... staff has always been nice and friendly. The drive thru and lobby seems to close early for some reason the last 30 minutes therestaurant is open, but you can still go inside and order your food to go. Read more
