Staff was rude! Looked as if Kids where working the front and check out with no supervision. This is a family-favorite Cane?s location for us! Closest to our house and area of work, and also the one where we?ve had... nothing but good experiences at. Thanks Raising Cane?s Chicken Fingers on South Cooper! Location: On Cooper Street close toI-20 and the Parks Mall Arlington. The parking lot is decent but can be a bit cramped and the drive-thru snakes through theparking lot during peak hours. Food: Honestly, the chicken is good but nothing too crazy. It?s all about the sauce. When we go,we always get extra Cane?s sauce. The menu is also fairly simple, and they?re consistent. Service: This location has alwaysbeen great for us. We?re always greeted when we enter the building. They?re always kind to our kids. If it?s not busy, they?llbring the food out to our table instead of yelling it out. Ok so the day that I went to Canes I was pretty hungry and wanted something that would quick and decently priced or at least... worth the money... As you can see from the pictures I posted I was still quite hungry. Im not fries fan so I decided to getbread instead.... For 10 almost $12 I should have been full and satisfied.... Chicken was ok the fries were a little stale not sure if it was an older batch mixed with new but didn?t enjoy them. the drive... thru get too congested and hard to actually park to eat inside. Read more
Today I ordered 2 canaic combos and was very disappointed with the amount of chicken I received. I would understand if it was... just one time that this happened but this is the second time I have been to this location that the chicken pieces are verysmall. Are you guys cutting chicken pieces in half to make a profit? It sure seems like it. I have been to many other RaisingCanes and struggled to get through the normal box combo because there was so much chicken. I won't be coming back to thislocation unless they shape up and serve the standard amount. Read more
Their tenders are great there is no doubt to that. However the last 4 weeks that I have gone here to get food for myself and my... 2 year old daughter who loves your chicken, the line has been wrapped around the building. It only seems to happen on sundays.Today I thought I?ll go earlier and it won?t be nearly as long? boy was I wrong! I just don?t understand how you can be thatslow to get some fast food! The one Sunday when I first saw the line this long, I took my daughter inside. Major mistake. Myselfand a handful of others were inside and I waited 45 minutes just to get some food. By the time I got my order it was 11:15 pm!Just absolutely ridiculous. If you know your going to be this busy every time staff more people! Also seems like there is nomanager around on sundays. So good! Been wanting to try Cane?s for years, finally did it and it?s great! This location has never failed me. Only thing is,... the workers often talk SUPER fast on the speakers when taking your order, which can be a bit annoying.
