We had a great experience. Our waiter was attentive and the food was prepared perfectly. I got the classic chopped steak with... Mac n cheese and hubby got the porterhouse with a sweet potato. I also got the smoked pineapple margarita that tasted great. Wewent on a Sunday afternoon about 145. Seems like that was a good time just as the church crowd was finishing up. Read more
The steak is so moist here it literally falls apart in your mouth. ???????? It's also grilled to perfection & topped with a bit... of butter. Sooooo good!! No need for steak sauce. The sides are very good as well. My husband and I have had many Ceasar saladsat various steakhouses in our lives that were okay, but at Saltgrass, the romaine is crisp, parm is fresh, and croutons that aretasty. ???? I usually get the fully loaded baked potato with my steak, and hubby the macaroni & cheese. The mac and cheese isreal good y'all, be sure to try it. ???? They also have a bar. I hadn't been to Saltgrass in about 10 years. (What's wrong with me?) One word to describe this restaurant: Excellent! Juicy,... melt-in-your-mouth 9 oz. filet. Shown with mash potatoes. Celebrating my uncle's 80th birthday and 34th wedding Anniversary. Also my son and my nieces birthday as well. We had the best... two waiters ever. They were both wonderful. The food was delicious. We couldn't have chosen a better place. Read more
Met with family for a nice, relaxing lunch. Good service. Started off with an appetizer of Range Rattlers- which is fried jumbo... stuffed jalapeños. Quite tasty with a nice kick. I ordered a hamburger with fried onions straws instead of fries. The burgerwas good and flavorful. Good place for to meet family/friends for lunch/dinner. ???? Read more
The food was bland at best and the customer service was horrible. My mom got a baked potato that was black on the inside so she... informed the manager then he says, "we can't see the inside of the potato" with an attitude. Once my mom told him that she wasnot eating it he offered to bring her another one with hesitation. The baked potatoes were flavorless even with the toppingsthey provided (I was expecting potatoes like Outback steakhouse so my mistake) the pineapple margarita was nasty so I gave itback. The wait time was expected so I will not complain about that. The waiter took our cards and disappeared so I had to askseveral people were my debit card was. Overall it was a hot mess and I would not recommend this location to my worse enemy. Iunderstand that the potato situation was out of the manager's control however there is a way to talk to your customers and wecould have done without his horrible attitude. Read more
