Whoever was working the drive-through today 9/21 at 1:10pm deserves a raise. Very funny rap when I drove up to the menu and... received my smoothie very quickly. There was only one other car in front of me. I?ve been here multiples times before and thestaff have been nice and quick. Read more
I have to RAVE about the customer service at this specific location! I come about 3 to 4 times a week and I kid you not everyone... always greets you with such enthusiasm and positivity! I love getting the Vegan Mango Kale Smoothie it is THE BEST. ???? ThankYou for providing EXCELLENT customer service it shows you care about your customers!! Let me 1st start by saying that I have never been treated so poorly before at a Smoothie King location. The location on Cooper... street has the worst customer service ever poor service Untrained staff. There is always long waits and slow service. Today onAugust 17th I go to get me a smoothie There was a long line when I get there but I'm willing to wait. The speaker was blocked bythe car in front of me I assume the person on the inside could hear my car pull up. However my window remained up and I did nothear anyone talking because I wasn't in front of the speaker. After waiting for 5 or so minutes the car pulls up and then I rolldown my window to .place an order. After waiting a couple of seconds I say hello I heard a male figure hello oh now you readyto order. I replied excuse me I just to to the speaker to order . He then followed by saying I said can I help like 3 times . Ithen followed by saying I just now got in front of the speaker so I wasn't aware .his response was oh well what do you need. Iwas shocked at his behavior and actions to me to where I didn't even wanna order anything. Got to the window ask for gentlementhat was speaking on speaker the gut stated he didn't know . So I ask what his name then he replied Jutland. I ask for managerhe replied he was so then I responded who was speaking to me he said it didn't matter.. like what kind of manager acts that way. No apology no how can I resolve the situation just as rude as thr other male .. Cashiers working the drive thru have had issues every time I have been there. Inside is unkempt - receipts and straw trash are... all over the floor. Black girl with lashes was on her phone while helping me at the register. When you pay that kind if moneyfor a smoothie, I would expect a much higher level or service. Take your money elsewhere.
