This place had really gone downhill the last 12-18months. The people in the drive-thru...haven't been all there the last few... times I've been. Have had my final bad experience today and won't be going back to this location. Sonic...what happened? Pleaseretrain your staff so that they know what is offered on the menu( the young lady at the drive up didn't know the differencebetween regular sonic burgers and super sonic burgers... and only have people who are actually TRYING to do their job. This is the absolute worst sonic they refused to make another chicken sandwich that had mayonnaise because I accidentally didn't... click no mayonnaise. They said because I ordered on the app they were not responsible and did not have to replace it. WHO DOESTHAT? THEY FORGOT MY BLAST BUT WAIT.... THAT'S OKAY??!!??? THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS AT THIS LOCATION.The other time I got a blast with cookie dough and extra cookie dough and when I got I bet there wasn't more than 3 littlecookie doughs and they refused to make another. The morning manager is obviously doing something right. Never an issue when she's workimg. Friendly and on point. Small wait... time. Everything made correctly. Thats hard to find now daya. Especially fpr sonic. Read more

Terrible customer service person didn't even come to the window and when I said hi... Nothing barley handed me the food and... walked away. Then gave me just a sprite when I ordered ocean water. Ordering through the app is nice. I love the new churro shake, 5 stars for that from me. The food is a little inconsistent... depending on the day and time you arrive, but the employees seem to be young and nice individuals. This location does get busysince it's right off of 287, I don't recommend the AM drive thru line. Use the app, grab some lunch you don't have to cookyourself. Can't beat that Read more

I don?t normally leave reviews, especially at a fast food place? not sure anyone would even see it but just in case y?all do I... just need to brag about a car hop I?ve encountered multiple times. I think his name is Dakota. Literally the sweetest, most downto earth, and helpful person ever. I feel like I could be best friends with him? anyways, anytime I?m there he?s just the best.It?s hard to come across super sweet people in the fast food industry which I completely understand. The service here is completely inconsistent. The only "safe" time is when Mary and Kaylee (sp?) are there in the... mornings/afternoons. The other night, we had to wait in line for nearly half an hour. Drinks were lined up for several cars andthe guy at the window had no clue whose drink was whose. We actually dread when he is on window duty because he either has notbeen trained well enough to handle the load or has other issues. When we went through today, a different person couldn't botherto punch one of the bubbles on top to indicate which drink had the flavoring in it and had no clue which one it was. We got ashrug when we asked. I've worked fast food in the past. It is not a difficult procedure to keep your orders lined up. This placewell you may get what you ordered or you may not. I'd advise checking everything. Everyone there needs to be retrained andtaught how to handle lines. One night we sat at the order window, then drove around to the actual window and we saw everyonejust standing around talking. They never even noticed we were at the window. We drove off so there was over $5 lost. Retraining,consistent management are required to make the process flow smoothly. We've complained about this before with not muchimprovement except when Mary is there. Her shifts tend to be quite smooth. She probably needs to be running the place.
