This location deserves negative stars. The stalls are never open so you have to go through the drive through. They take forever... and day to get orders out. The amount of time you wait makes it pointless to use the app to order. They forgot part of my orderand my fries were so hard that you can tell they were fried, sat out a while and then fried again then served. A poor excuse fora restaurant. I understand being short staffed but from my many years working in restaurants and managing kitchens the lack ofeverything at this location is extremely unacceptable. Read more

Worst sonic experience I've ever had. If I owned this location I would fire the entire staff. I placed an order on the app.... They immediately marked it as delivered (I'm sure they do this to trick their management into thinking they are meeting SLAs). It took 25 minutes to actually get my order. I had a large order so while the initial check didn't show anything missing whenwe got home it was missing chicken tenders. I tried calling the store and they sort of answered. I heard them state, it'sTruman and he had an order earlier. Then they hung up on me. So I immediately went back and explained the situation, themanager gave me my tenders but didn't really offer an apology. When I told her it's not right to get hung up on, she juststated "l agree". When I finally got back my foot was cold and I tried my drink and it was flat and completely watered down. I was unable to drink it. Of course it's not worth going back a third time for them to make it right. Avoid this location atall costs, I know I'll never be back. Read more

This is hands down the worst Sonic in Arlington/Mansfield. The workers are RUDE and literally have an attitude EVERY TIME me and... my kids come, which is at least every other day. I don?t mind the LONG wait time, because of the staff shortage but the CustomerService piece needs some MAJOR IMPROVEMENT. Read more

I hate to say it but I've been to this sonic twice and each time the line was long from waiting.... Every single time I got to... the window they had no idea what I ordered. Then to add insult to injury the order that was given was always fixed incorrectly.Each time I really went for a strawberry slush and when I received it there was no color to it and no flavor!! This is certainly a Sonic by every means to the name & brand. Usually when I go here there's always something missing from my... order but they're usually quick enough to fix it or I don't care enough to drive back. The burgers tend to be more on the dryside; I think the manager mass cooks the patties in the morning and serves them at lunch time but the shakes & drinks tend to bereally good here. I've strangely never seen the same face twice every time I pull through here. I can't really complain toomuch since I just get the same three things every time. The red bull apricot summer slushee tends to be not blended well enoughbut since it's hot outside, it kinda gets blended by the heat of god. This is certainly a Sonic in name. It's strange to thinkin those terms. I've have worse sonics, I've had way better sonics. Just be sure to tip the workers & be patient when you order.They're running on a skeleton crew. Read more

It took over 15 minutes for three drinks, two of which were just fountain drinks. The grounds were covered in trash and... previous times I went here some of the screens didn't work and they have had a habit of getting orders wrong The drive thrutakes forever, ordering through the app takes forever, the button takes forever as well.
