I had to leave while i was trying to order. They took so long to take my order, then in the background the manager was yelling... at an employee outside! While i was trying to order, the person taking my order was too distracted with the drama she did nothear my order then rushed me off and i said no wait that's not it and she said well what else do you want? Worst place I have ever been to!!! All I wanted to order was a shake for my granddaughter and they could not even answer the red... button! The car next to us that pulled in at the same time got answered immediately. This is the second time in a row that wewere not acknowledged when pushing the button. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Then they brought me the wrong drink. They swapped it with a different car. They removed... the USED straw and gave me a Tea that someone had already drank from!
