I had to leave while i was trying to order. They took so long to take my order, then in the background the manager was yelling... at an employee outside! While i was trying to order, the person taking my order was too distracted with the drama she did nothear my order then rushed me off and i said no wait that's not it and she said well what else do you want? Worst place I have ever been to!!! All I wanted to order was a shake for my granddaughter and they could not even answer the red... button! The car next to us that pulled in at the same time got answered immediately. This is the second time in a row that wewere not acknowledged when pushing the button. We left both times and drove to the Bowen road Sonic where we got great service.Someone needs to take over little road store that knows how to manage a place of business! Do not go there. Read more
We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Then they brought me the wrong drink. They swapped it with a different car. They removed... the USED straw and gave me a Tea that someone had already drank from! Went in at 7:23 waited until 7:33 to get my order taken. There's four cars including me. Sure whatever. Wait until 7:45, getting... a little too late to make it on time to work, didn't expect to be here this long. Push the button to ask if it would be betterto just leave, already paid so I don't really want to go without food. Lady named Alexia snapped at me before I could finishasking my question. Very rude and very aggressive. Stay to get my food and her name out of spite to make this post. No reason tobe as rude as she was even with "only one car hop" there weren't many people in the stalls, didn't even raise my voice at her.Left wanting to yell at her. Unnecessary aggression. Again with fast food joints getting more drink on the outside of the cup than they do on the inside?! Get a clue fast food... joints?.Stop overflowing the fountain drinks and letting the liquid cover the entire outside of the cup and then hand it topeople. At least wipe it off. Ordered a 12 with BBQ and got a jumbo popcorn chicken instead, and it was nothing but breading, shake was good though. But c'mon... bruh I got crispy bread bites that look liked they were in there for weeks. And I asked for dude to come out for a re order butI waited like 10 minutes. Nice place to get a drink on a hot day!! Beware of the grilled cheese mine was a little rubbery !!! Great service though !!!
