They give u quite a bit for a small so I couldn't eat them all. And another reason why I couldn't eat them all is because it was... too much breading, I'll just stick to regular broccoli and cheese from now on. Read more

I think it?s pretty ridiculous that the app is down at this store, and I placed an order at 4:05 and they wouldn?t give me my... drink half off. I was buying one large drink. That would have lost them maybe $1 but would have kept a sale and a customer.Instead I will choose to drive to a different sonic moving forward. It?s the small things that make a business. Read more

I have this hate hate relationship with your app! It works about 10% pf the time! Mostly it shuts down when I'm trying to get a... promo with something going on mmmm! Your food is not good enough for me to spend almost $10 for a burger so I rarely eat oneunless there is a special. Your drinks at most locations are being watered down as well so as to having to pay for extra syrup!That sucks on your part!! This location NEVER has their Sonic app working! It always says ?temporarily unavailable.? I use the app often to order ahead... and to purchase 1/2 price drinks. This location?s service is SO SLOW that the order ahead option is essential. All the otherSonic locations? apps work fine! I don?t understand why this location can?t get their app fixed? I have also asked if they willgo ahead and give me my drink order at 1/2 price since it?s their fault their app isn?t working, but their manager says no. Ontop of that, my order is almost never correct. Whoever owns this location needs to get the app fixed and step up the service! Read more

Customer Service was terrible, placed an online order and when arrived, I pulled up to the speaker (which was terrible, could... barely understand anything they were saying) and was told the order never came through. I asked to speak to someone since Icouldnt understand what they were saying and nobody came out. I stopped a car hopper walking by and they told me they would senda manager out to look at my email receipt but never did. I had to personally call the store to speak to the manager. I am a long standing Sonic fan. The level of service we experienced today was unacceptable & honestly surprising. When ordered,... after 20-25 minutes we still had not received our order and had already paid. We saw multiple people pull in & receive orderduring the time we were there. Frustrated, I pushed the call button and it was just canceled, wife got out twice to catch theserver to inquire. We requested our money, after another 10? wait, assuming it was the mgr, met her half way & could only saythey didnt see order & had just received the order. No apology, explanation or effort to get our food, she refunded our card &handed over the receipt. Afterward, reviewing reviews?.I see why we had the experience we did, this apparently has beenoccurring for awhile & hasn?t been fixed. Poor customer service, rude staff & no accountability. In closing, don?t bother withthe standard response stating I can escalate if want?.that appears to be a common response on your reviews & is evident no frontline management/correction is/has occurred.
