Placed order through the app. Arrived at locate and waited 30 minutes for order, had to push button to get update on order. ... Recieved order and it was wrong. Went at lunchtime. Onion rings were very hard, as always. They didn't have shakes. The food was mediocre, at best.
Ordered on the app & after 30 minutes checked in at stall 2 I had to drive to the window. With my 5 month old crying I asked if... I could have my food. No. All I can say is no. I pulled up and a lady said she will e with me Ina moment. After 5 minutes, I was like I can go thru... the drive thru. I ordered two chicken sandwiches with tator tots. This guy repeated my order 4 times incorrectly. Then when Igot that corrected, he told me the price and rushed off the intercom. Here's the problem I was not finish with my order. we ordered Banana classic shake and strawberry cheesecake and added $4 tip. They said they were out of banana. So I decided to... have same strawberry. We were in a hurry and left. There was full of vanilla without strawberry and cheesecake in it and theice cream was warm full of liquid. I should have stay and test before we leave. When I got home with my order I noticed a piece of hair with a stick in my daughters tots which was very gross. Not sure if the... employee dropped the tots and put the tots back inside. This just upsets me the fact that my daughter was eating a tot and sherefused them as she stated they tasted funny. Due to the virus going on this is very unsanitary and disgusting. Read more
