Came to this sonic to get a drink for my son to take to his school picnic. I ordered through the app. When she brought my drink... out she asked if I had a sweet tea. I said no. She said "oh, you had the diet Dr pepper." I said yes. She looked at the drinkand said that it was in fact the diet Dr pepper. I hurried off to my son's school picnic only to realize that what she gave mewas in fact a sweet tea. I really don't enjoy paying $2 for something that just goes in the trash. I could have just as easilythrown 2 bucks in the trash and not wasted my time stopping at sonic. Read more
Your normal eats as any other Sonic it all tastes the same. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The app didn?t work tonight so... I was able to order when I arrived and the wait was 13 minutes. My order on my drink was wrong and they corrected it with a sizelarger ????. Very kind! Read more
breakfast is usually good here but this time i found a surprise in my drink.
They accommodated my very particular order during rush hour. And Jenny delivered my order quicker than I expected with a smile... and great customer service. Love the hot fudge shake. Read more
I usually go to this Sonic regularly because it's close by my place of work and I was very disappointed this morning in regards... to the quality of this chicken sandwich in the bacon you know I was expecting fresh chicken sandwich nice fresh bacon and thebacon looked burnt and disgusting I just am very disappointed and if the $32 that I spent on my order I definitely would like arefund a gift card or something this is not okay and I asked for medium drink I got a kid's drink and I asked for a pretzel Ididn't get the pretzel it's ridiculous... ???? First, that black girl taking orders is very rude and impolite. She has zero respect for customers, it is a time for the Manager... of this place to do something about it. Second, the way they serve the tarter tots and put and the ketchup's package, candy andnapkin right on the top of the tarter tots which is not covef is not sanitary and need to stop. Since when Sonic charge theircustomers 0.60 cents to drink water?? Water should be given for free and charge nothing, I paid for the food and got charge 0.60cents to drink water. It is ridiculous. I placed a mobile order, checked in at 7:45pm & it?s officially 8:41pm. I attempted to call, but no one is available to take the... call. The app requested a check in THREE TIMES, I pressed the red button to order (still blinking after 20 minutes), and theserver disappeared. At this point I just want a refund, just wow. Read more
