I normally have good experiences coming to this location but today was not so great. I ordered through the drive thru an ice... water and a ham and Swiss croissant. I was almost home when I looked into the bag and there was a dark strand of hair with mycroissant. I give them two stars because I called them and they offered to warm up another one and the lady was veryapologetic. I told them I was coming in this time and I noticed no one wore hair nets or hats and their hair was down. Ihonestly feel disgusted to even think about ordering from this location or any other Starbucks because of that. When a personworks around food and drinks, they shouldn't their hair down and flying in peoples' food and drinks. Read more

I went a few weeks ago. It was my first time having coffee since I had surgery, which was exciting for me, I missed it. Went and... got what I've gotten a dozen times before at different locations, they made it all wrong. It tasted absolutely awful. The guyworking the window was incredibly rude. He didn't give a straw and I was trying to wave him down at the window, had to sit therealmost 5 minutes waiting for him to come back just so I could ask for a straw. Very disappointing. I usually get Frappuccinos through the drive-thru, and they have a fast line that takes ten minutes or less (around 3:00 p.m.... when I go), and the employees are friendly, so no complaints along with the drinks being consistently good. Read more
I came in on 07/16/2022 at 11am and I just want to say that the staff working this shift are freaking awesome! I order mobile... pickup and when I arrived it was very busy. I just ordered 2 medicine balls in the drive thru and it just wasn't right. First, we waited about 10 minutes with no one else... in line. We drove home to let the tea steep only to find out it was the worst medicine ball ever. I just thought everyStarbucks had a recipe so the flavors are consistent. I've been here before and they didn't have the ingredients for a drinkand tonight, there was a sign saying "no grande or venti hot drinks". I won't be going back. Read more
