Super upset today I waited 20 min for my coffee and I just happen to notice the time cuz ppl after me was getting they drinks..... I told them when I had waited 15 min already and the girl.said I'll make it right now and still didn't make it til the ticketcame out she said..once I asked for my money back all of a sudden my ticket finally came out.. yes I understand y'all.busy butnot no 20 min busy.. super upset . I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. It's not exactly the closest Starbucks to my house but they make the... best drinks so I choose to drive over here. Service can be slow but I've never been to a Starbucks that didn't make you wait atleast a little bit. Either way, it's worth the wait to me! Everyone that works there is nice and friendly! I don't need to begreeted with a big loud happy explosion everytime I go in and the people that work there are busy. They are always polite andapologetic about wait times during heavy rush hours but I expect a longer wait when I'm ordering before work. Anytime I've goneduring the weekends or at a later time during the week there is no wait. Drinks are consistent, I always order a bunch of extrashots and they still manage to make drinks that don't taste like mud lol. 10/10 location :) Read more
