Rude staff. As overpriced as the coffee is, you think the staff could be a little nicer.

I am a regular at the store but I just wanted to compliment EJ. He is always so cheerful no matter the situation going on in the... store and so friendly. One of the main reasons I still go to this store even though I moved is because I adore him so much. Hehas just the perfect energy I need in the mornings to get ready for my day. Such an amazing employee and I wanted to complimenthim 10000000 times over about him. He isn?t afraid to talk about his amazing wife and is just such a kind person with a heart ofgold! Your amazing EJ and you have made my morning almost every day for over a year! ?? Read more

The absolute worst Starbucks location and just happens to be the one closest to me. Which is a shame. Whoever is in charge of... supplies is constantly screwing up. They are always out of everything and they blame it on the delivery trucks yet the Starbucksaround in the area never have supply issues like this. Constantly out of sandwiches in particular but also other stuff likeflavors and sometimes even condiments. Who is running this place? Awful. I will say the folks who work here are awesome andthey work really hard. Super nice and they do their best with what they?re given. Aside from that, it?s just a bad location ina grocery store parking lot where the line has to wrap around the building and everyone is trying to navigate through theparking lot. Just not a great location to have a Starbucks. Editing my review because of Starbucks reply: no, it isn?t globalsupply issues. It has been during the pandemic but that was every Starbucks. This one is JUST this one having these issues. Noneof the other Starbucks in this area have this problem. So no, it?s not a supply chain issue. It?s a this location issue. I haveto drive a long way to get to the other ones, but I guess I?ll just go there from now on since the location doesn?t want to takeany responsibility. Read more

What can you say? Its a recent, modern Starbucks. If you like Starbucks, you'll like this one. Generally less crowded than... typical, except at peak periods. Read more

I like Starbucks alright, but frankly I'm only here because it's raining. Otherwise I'd be at dutch bros. They have cheaper and... more palatable coffee in some ways. However they fall short on comfort, internet, and food. Parking here sucks, but if you wantalright coffee and a place to sit, and be cool and dry, hard to beat starbucks Read more

I was a partner for 4 years, my mother frequents this store when she visits clients in Arlington. This is the second time she... has been charged 5.70 for a iced quad espresso with cream in a tall cup. Which is usually just a 30 or 50 cent charge. This isthe second time they argued that price with her. When asking for the manager the shift on duty tells her he?s the acting shiftmanager, and he is standing behind this decision to up charge her incorrectly. They also were not very kind. I?d like to speakwith the GM. I was a shift for years myself and I understand people can be difficult but she wasn?t one of those people. I wouldnot charge regular customers incorrect prices just to feel bigger. This happened today around 3pm. Read more
