Today Saturday 20th, 11.30am I drove through. I have experienced white employee showed us her attitude, rude and... unprofessional..I haven't ever seen the Starbuck employee like that. Just wondering why she acted up like that. Was that becauseshe was having a bad day or there weren't any supervisors or managers there.. I do like your coffee however, I feel like sometimes your baristas are cutting back on the strength of my coffee I'm ordering... because the drinks are weak or the smaller cup size ratio mixture is off? I'm not happy with my drink being compromised becausethe price is not being effected on your end! Read more

I love Starbucks and it?s usually an okay experience but today was different. The workers seemed unhappy to be there. No ?thank... you? at all. I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha and it looked like a macchiato however she said it wasn?t it just needed tobe mixed up. Which is true it did. Also why it?s a macchiato. Not sure what's been going on, but here lately when we go to this location either the one taking the order is cold and short or... the one who takes payment is cold and short. For example, yesterday morning I went through the drive through and ordered 2Trenta Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew with Extra Salted Cream Cold Foam and again not only was they dry but as we drive off, I'mlooking at my drink looking at it thinking not only is this not the regular amount of cold foam it's not extra amount of coldfoam of which I paid extra for. This isn't the first time at this location where either the service was lacking or the productswere lacking my 3 and I love Starbucks but maybe we should start going to another location. Read more
Fast location kind of hard to get through but giving 4stars and not 5 because the lady handing out drinks won't stop bringing up... how pup cups are not good for dogs. She has done this 4 times, so I assume she bugs everyone with that opinion Read more
