I think for people who are fairly new to the North Arlington area, Tom Thumb should consider labeling Starbucks somewhere on the... exterior of their building. When using google maps it led me to parking lot and not once did it cross my mind to jump out of thevehicle and look inside of the grocery store. For this reason I never actually got to go in this starbucks because I couldn'tfind it with google maps directions. Read more
Hey folks not rocket science here...Its Starbucks which means its not anymore about the product as much as it is about the staff... and service. I give it two thumbs up with a caramel kiss! The lovely young lady couldn't have beem sweeter...even more so thanthe extra caramel shot for my frappe! The service was clean, fast, and friendly with a smile! ;) I know when I crave Starbucksagain I already have my location set for this store! They get my vote...and my business! Read more
Unfortunately staff is unfriendly an acts like they don't want to help. An then they do not want to help send their coffee to... our troops over seas.so I will never spend another dime at any Star bucks.they can take our American money but they don't wantto support our troops overseas that's b******* so I recommend nobody ever buys their coffe again. The Starbucks is located inside Tom Thumb on North Collins Street in Arlington Texas. The selection is enormous! They have some... adorable new coffee mugs and to-go cups with awesome designs. There were many displays with all different kinds of coffees andsnacks that you can take home and make for yourself. It's 1:30 in the afternoon so they're fresh pastries we're kind of slimwhich is to be expected at this time of day but they still had some things to choose from. All the counters and display areaswere spotlessly clean. This is a great Starbucks! You can grab a cup of coffee before doing your weekly grocery shopping and sipit along the way! I think it's a great idea to have a copy shop in the very front of a grocery store. Read more
The barista is super rude. I come here very often & always get iced coffee with her. She made me hot coffee & was pretty much... like "o well" when I said I wanted iced. Work on your customer service skills. Read more
