Most employees at the location in Tom Thumb refuse to add the zig zag chocolate syrup on top of whip cream for my Grande Cafe... Mocha. They only do this if caramel drink. Have been told more than once "we don't do that here". Not sure what "here" meansbut it's been done to my mochas since Starbucks came to DFW. I just happened to notice with a rude, heavy set female employeesyrup missing. She said it's already in drink. Blew me away! Read more
This location is a good one. The drive through line often takes a bit longer than some other locations but there staff is... usually pretty cool and nice. They hire some real characters (characters in a good way). :-) Read more
