HORRIBLE LOCATION AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Whoever worked the window at 11;05pm on 9-29-22 had the nerve to try and keep my... money when I paid with 20$ cash and I wanted a full refund didn?t get any of my food and I had to call the cops cause theyrefused to give my money back. some of us work strict jobs with short lunch periods so when you need it to be fast Taco Bell can still hit the spot while... getting you back to work on a timely manner The food was great and delivered quick. Stood here for about 10 minutes literally waiting to place an order because I was paying cash. TWO employees saw me, one sitting... in the lobby and said nothing. Used the kiosk and still had to stand and wait just for them to accept payment. I get that covidaffected the customer service industry, but is that even still an excuse now? Finally one employee says something asking if wewanted to place and order. I hate being "that person" since I've worked in the food industry for many years but this wasridiculous. Read more
This Taco Bell is by far the slowest there is. The employees always seem to be pleasant but, they lock the interior early, when... they don?t accept credit/debit cards you get stuck in the drive thru for 35 minutes because once you?re in it, you?re stuck. Read more
I never had a bad experience at Taco Bell, this location has the cash register closed and make people order at the self serve... kyosk. Taking an order would take 2 minutes, now it takes 10 because they don't want to take orders. Then once I finish theorder the kyosk says, please see cashier. Ordered a Power Bowl, but was given a cardboard box with the ingredients messily thrown into it. Rice to one side, all other... ingredients smushed together on the other side. The lettuce was wilted, and the guacamole looked like someone spit in it. Theyoung woman at the window as huffy and rude, and didn't say a word - not even a thanks. The food was fresh and really good this time by. The staff was very professional and when i asked for extra fire and mild sauces... I actually received extra of both. I always have had good service at this location.???????? Read more
They literally must hire bottom of the barrel .5 gpa people who can?t do their job or even read a simple order. Never had an... order completely right, they screw up every time without fail. It amazes me they want more pay, they can?t even do their jobwith the little responsibility they have, pathetic. Read more
