I got the lunch portion of the Plato Tijuana. Beautifully plated & tastes delicious! Thebeans has a distinctive smoky flavor that I loved. Personally think it?s over priced a bit but that?s not why I give it a one star. I ordered two carnita tacos and I couldn?t... really eat it. It smelled old and I?ve never had cubed carnitas but I was half white and half a darker color it was hard and dryas if it was previously cooked put away and then cut up n reused. This is a hidden gem! An unassuming little place with really good food! The guacamole is very good. I had the cheese enchiladas... and they were perfect. Hubs had a selection of tacos, so he could try several. The TexMex was a winner but all were tasty! Iloved the chips and salsa! They kept having to give us more! We will be back! Had 2 Carne Asada and 1 Al Pastor tacos. Quality steak, good flavor, not chewy, the pastor wasn't over powering with condiments.
