I have done business with this store for many years and the service and quality has always been excellent. I stopped by... yesterday for just a small order and advice. I had the distinct pleasure of being served by Shonda Perez. She gave me the sameservice that she would have given a person ordering a banquet. She took the time to offer suggestions as to preparation andsuggested complimentary items. This is a well run store and Shonda is a big part of it. Not worth the money my ham was not spiral cut all the way had about a third that wasn't cut taste was ok bought for Thanksgiving... decided to buy a spiral cut boneless from a big box store for 22.00 bucks tasted better to me and more bang for the bucks can'tunderstand why people stand in line for 70-80 dollar ham. I realize it is the holidays. So I will start there. The young lady who was behind the counter was very nice. But omg!!! I... ordered my thanksgiving meal from here. I had a code !!! They did not have anything I ordered. The manager came over because Iasked the question I ordered this stuff. Why don?t you have it? Magically some of my sides showed up. 1. Do not just place anorder online to pay for it later. The line was 30/50 people deep. 2. Pay for your order online. There was no line to speak offor those people. Nowhere on there website does it explain this. I have gotten HBH before and Beverly had this happen!!!? Howcan you take an order and not have the things you promised!!!! Read more

I stopped in here on Friday afternoon to grab a pound of smoked turkey for our dinner. It?s obvious this place is not getting a... ton of daily walk in business but they are maintaining high level of cleanliness and doing a great job with social distancingwhen customers do come in. I paid for my turkey and got to the car when I saw the young lady coming out to my vehicle. Sheapproached me and asked for my turkey back. She told me she realized she had some Turkey in the restaurant that was fresher andshe would like to switch it out for me. I really, really appreciated her attention to this detail and coming out to my car tooffer this for me, she did not have to do that and I really appreciated it. I wish I had caught her name. This was the first time trying Honey Baked Ham, when I saw 2 of my co-workers order their lunch from there, I decided to give it... a try myself. Was not disappointed at all! The amount of ham they serve on their sandwiches is incredible & the price is morethan affordable. The store was clean and the wait time to order took less than a minute.
