The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I just walked out. The girl was rude from the moment she approached the... counter. I didn?t even order my smoothie. I am absolutely shocked. When I walked into the store there was no one to be seen andthe music was quite loud. I finally called down to the girl that was sitting at the computer. I?ve never seen an employee walkslower than her. A person on crutches could?ve walked faster. When I ordered my smoothie I went to pay with a gift card that Igot from tropical smoothie. The gift card wouldn?t run on the card reader and I asked if she should try swiping it on thecomputer instead and she just stared at me. After a few moments she said I work here I know how this computer works. I asked whyshe was being so rude and she snapped at me and told me she wasn?t being rude I was being rude. I really hope someone checks thecameras because I was smiling the whole time I was in the store. I honestly can?t believe this girl works here or anywhere forthat matter. Listen! I should've BEEN came here when I moved to Arlington. The food tastes fresh and the Smoothies are thick. I love that... everything was so clean and vibrant inside of the store. I had the Caribbean jerk wrap - the taste of smoke on the chickennailed it. It felt authentic. Just be careful as it is a pretty wet wrap but in the best way. Read more
