Decided to try this whataburger so I got the new peppercorn ranch chicken club. I am disappointed because the meal was not... fresh. The fries were fried in bad oil The sandwich was okay but lukewarm. Soggy Texas toast and fries. The chicken was okayjust like I said was lukewarm but still okay. It'd most likely be greatness if it was fresh n hot. I'll try it again hopefullybefore its gone Advise to the store would be to change your oil more frequently and to make sure you're pumping out hot freshfood to your customers. I ordered a Whataburger Junior and a Milkshake and had to wait FOREVER. On top of that, I only ordered the burger and the shake,... who authorized a meal? If I wanted a meal, I would have ordered a meal. Once I received my food, it was wrong. I had to wait toorder, wait at the window and then pull forward. Well obviously this Whataburger is a terrible place to spend your hard earned money at. My daughter and I wanted to eat a joy... able lunch We decided to eat inside. I ordered the new bacon blue cheese double meat, only tomatoes and the blue cheese on theside. No veggies except tomatoes. My Hamburger came with no cheese, no tomatoes, no blue cheese and stinky onions. It was ahorrible mess. I took it back to be told by the rude manager that my order was complicated. I sat there waiting while two othertables were served. My fries were super cold and she comes back with a paper bag with a hamburger in it. Still no blue cheeseand no tomatoes! What part can?t she understand? Didn?t even offer hot fries. I wanted to throw it back in her face!! Rude shedidn?t even try to make me feel better!! My first and last time at this place!!! Food is great as usual. Drive through service is SLOW! They rush out to your money then you wait 10-12 minutes to your... food. Also, their ?senior discount? on a meal is giving you a small drink for free rather than the usual medium sized drink anddeducting a discount on the entire meal. Our order came out correctly, but took forever. The building appears to be fairly new, but not managed well- bathrooms (men &... women) needed to be cleaned and trash was overflowing. Tables on one half of the restaurant were dirty. Would be a great stopwith better management! Read more
I placed an order at 12:25 pm Sunday 6/26/22 I received my order at 1:29 pm. I am exactly .4 miles from the restaurant. My... delivery driver was there before 12:40pm , sitting there waiting!!! She was great communicating to me letting me know she waswaiting and I tracked her on the app so I know she was there! It literally took her 4 minutes to drive to my apartment afterthey gave her my $33 order! Everything was cold! The onion rings were literally stuck to the container they were in. The frieswere cold a mushy! The burgers were cold!!! I am extremely disappointed that a delivery driver sat there for around 45 minuteswaiting for hot food to deliver and I guarantee that my food was sitting there for a long time before they gave it to her!!!There is NO WAY my food got that cold on a 4 minute drive! I had to wait for 16 minutes for just three burgers or the fact that two out of the three of the three burgers were wrong! Also... when I went to get a drink the counter was covered fluid to where it got on my arm since I'm in a wheelchair I had to reachright across the stuff to get my drink. Plus the floor of the restaurant wasn't exactly clean either. I wasn't impressed at allsince they weren't busy at all as there was only one couple inside and three cars in the drive through. Terrible that a personhad to wait 16 minutes for three burgers and a wrong order on top of it and a messy restaurant to boot. Plus they never offeredto open a door for me or help me through them and they could see me in my wheelchair plain as day plus they didn't even say"sorry for the wait". Read more
