The people here are RUDE when i order delivery it's ALWAYS cold i asked for extra seasoning or ranches i never get them. I had... to one day literally drive up there after my order was delivered and have it remade because i was brought cold food i asked forthe extra seasoning on the side since they clearly didn't put it on the wings and never do and the woman grabs the seasoning andrudeyly walks over to put it on my food and dump seasoning all over my hands i guess she was frustrated i asked her to do herjob idk. They blame it on the delivery driver when foods cold but YALL STILL USE THEM so you share some of the blame how aboutyou figure out how to coordinate with people you partner with to make sure your customer is getting fresh food. Their onlinepayment system is completely messed up their recording tells you how convenient it is to have the app or order online and whenyou try to add the payment and I've literally used the same one for over a year with no issues til recently and I'm hearingothers saying they've had the same issue. How about y'all figure out how to fix it or how about you make it to where we can goon and add a card to our user profile without having to place an order and checkout to add a payment method. And they needbetter menu options after all these years your menu options are still basically the same and why are your wings so freakingexpensive it's CHICKEN not Swan ???? i really need a new wing spot that offers more for what you pay or at least gives you morechoices! Every time I have ordered from here my food was not what i wanted. The wings were always cold and under cooked. They also be... closing early and they stop taking orders whenever they feel like it. They are some very rude people as well. I do not recommendthis Wingstop. They cannot cook and they don't care about customers. Read more

13 people inside waiting for their food, 3 couples at tables waiting, and a couple people waiting in their cars. I went to this... location expecting a better experience. Finally got my food, checked the bag, and this is the 3rd time my veggies have not beenincluded. Do I bother telling them since 20 other people are angry, standing like a mob ready to pounce at the register,side-eyeing the cashier? Took my "L" since I got my bag first and went home. Made the copycat seasoning at home since theydidn't give me extra. There are always plenty of employees but they can't seem to keep up with the demand. Read more

Every time i come here something goes wrong with my order, every time. I've stayed on the phone for 38minon the phone before,... I've started ordering the fries with no seasoning because they were putting so much salt on them with high blood pressure icouldn't eat them. This time I called and placed my order when I got there they said they didn't have it then i tell them whatmy order was stand there another ten min. go to the counter to see if my order is ready and she says she still has not takenit.I wonder why she thought I was still waiting there? I like the wongs but the service is pathetic at this place. I startedgoing to the store at cooper & pioneer but now i live closer to the collins & rd to six flags store. I have to believe they arejust toying with me because this just happens to much once they see my phone #. This time was the straw that broke the camelsback so I had to give A bad review. I feel bad for the employees because they seemed understaffed. But this happens everytime I have placed an order online. I... ordered online and walk in to two lines. One for ordering and the other for pickup. Well after waiting for 10 min on the pick upline then employee says there is one line. So go ahead and add another 10 min. When I get to the front she pretends she can?tfind my order. Goes to the back past the kitchen. Then comes back and gets the order from the pick up pile. It was there thewhole time!!! My order was not in the back and she knew it. She was being petty!! Of course fries and wings are cold AF when Iopened it. I don?t think they care lol Go give your money elsewhere. Read more

I attempted to place a order online , the online processor charged my card twice for the same amount . I was advised that I... would have to wait 7-10 days for my refund, the supervisor offered 10$ off my offer which was unacceptable because they do notallow you to place orders over the phone . The purpose of a website and being able to order is the fact I should be able to pickup my wings and leave without further interaction. I find it unacceptable I was charged twice for an order that I did not havethe opportunity to receive . To spend over 40$ for wings and sides and to be charged twice is beyond me . Then to be overchargedand never get your order is even more frustrating, and what will 10$ do especially when a order is over 40$ . Read more

I ordered delivery tonight and they got my order wrong not only once, but twice! It was a simple order for 10 boneless wings.... First time they came in, they were traditional. So I called and I do admit that they were willing to fix my order withdelivery. The second time I got some flat sodas, traditional wings (wrong flavors) and some really disgusting boneless wings(also wrong flavors). Plus sugary fries? I had a rough day, all I wanted was my simple order. I'm still rating 2 stars becausethe employees were nice and they did try to fix it. The second offense may have been the Doordasher's fault. I bought a 8 count wings with fries and ranch, when I open the bag there was no ranch and the fries weren't full all the way and... half were burnt and the other half were raw and I looked at my wings and some of the wings looked like it didn't have any skinor like it got peeled or even bitten off, im very upset witch what I got especially for 20$, the quality has gotten down hill.Door dash order, name was josé L, HOW DO YOU FORGET MY RANCH BRUH ???? i am very upset and this really ruined my day neverbuying from here again, this is disgusting.
