I have gotten delivery here at least 3 times, and the first two times, though the pizza tasted well enough, got me sick... afterwards and I had little faith in this place after those two experiences. But today, I can say that they have somewhatredeemed themselves since the pizza I got last night tasted pretty good and didn't give me diarrhea afterwards. They were luckyand I got lucky because I would have never ordered from this place again, if not for the fact that the place I usually orderfrom was too swamped with orders last night. This go around was they gave me like 8 packets of red crushed pepper and none atall of parmesan cheese and I cannot figure out why they didn't even give me just one parmesan packet when they gave me 8 redcrushed pepper packets, it was very odd. On an added note, I think that this place consistently doesn't give that much sauce ontheir pizzas so I think for my future orders I will ask for extra sauce on the pizza. The online ordering experience is probably the worst I can recall from any web experience in recent memory. Simply creating the... order through the browser is very slow and not responsive. Then, on creating an account, adding a payment on file is counter-intuitive, as you have to go away from the cart, into your profile, then add a card on file there. This should be aseamless first time experience. Add items to cart, add a payment, check out, add password to save account if you choose. This isthe standard. I appreciate that you've outsourced this to Lunchbox or some other third party, but your new customer onboardingexperience is horrible, and I'm a technical consultant, so if it's frustrating for me, then I think you've got a problem worthspending some money on fixing. I ordered delivery, waited til 12:40 a.m. called store they pretended like it was pick up, no apologies, no comp offer or... discount. If they had called earlier and just said they couldn't do it, i would have found someplace else, and still try toorder from them again. If it was pick up they didn't even bother to call me since they were closed to see where I am. I spoke tomanager same thing, I wish I could post recorded call. We've been trying to get to this spot FOREVER, but always get side tracked. Well this won't be the only trip we'll be making,... because this pizza was GREAT! TLDR 10/10 would recommend; I was excited to try this new pizza shop and I was not disappointed. I got the 18' pepperoni... masterclass and their cheesy bread, both of which were delicious. Love the classic garlicy greasy goodness of the masterclass.The cheese bread was also excellent, and the sauce I think they call their Sriracha sauce is fantastic(white cups in mypicture), definitely ask for extra! Being someone who doesn't eat pork, I was excited to learn they have beef pepperoni pizza. We ordered, pulled up in the pickup... spot and they brought it to our car. It was very good and not near as greasy either. This pizza was far superior to any chainrestaurants . Read more
