Errors: undercooked burgers (almost raw), missed the mushrooms on my order. We picked up and brought it home so no way of... knowing or correcting. Also, the online order made us pick a time 50 minutes out. Called and it wasn't that busy but thiscreated confusion. Fries are great. I live in N.J. but I'm back in the area for work and before I moved away BRG was absolutely the best burger in town, tonight's... dinner was nothing I remember, $28.00 for a burger, fries and shake but that's the going rate these days for burgers, but myburger didn't have that grilled taste the patties looked and tasted like frozen patties and not juicy and really no flavor atall. Very disappointing, garlic fries were not that great and very greasy, the shake saved the dinner pretty much. The crewwere great, fast and friendly but I don't know if I can justify spending that much on a great shake again. I'm not sure whatchanged there but it wasn't good. Read more

Today was our first time there, but we were surrounded by loyal customers. It was an easy ordering process with friendly staff... making delicious, logical suggestions. The food was quickly cooked and delicious. We recommend the Hawaiian and tater tots. Theywere both well balanced but we have to say the tots were also perfectly cooked, crispy and salted. Service is friendly and staff are hardworking. The menu is simple, the way it should be. The Hawaiian Teriyaki Burger is super... delicious, and was perfectly cooked to temperature. Also, the portion is nice and filling too. The blueberry milkshake was alsovery delightful. They even offer you a complimentary cup of water while you wait for your milkshake. Little common sense thingslike that make all the difference, especially since most businesses don?t seem to do those little common sense things at all.Although BGR is one of the pricier burger restaurants, it is well worth it. Update 4/14/22 Was here with my family and it is the same great burgers (ordered the way you want it) and service - very... pleased they survived this pandemic and continue to make the best burgers in town. Thank you! I love BGR and this spot is noexception - the best burgers in town. They are pretty consistent. I come here once in a while to meet a friend who lives closeby. Im disappointed the old town alexandria closed down but a little relieved this one is not too far away - definitely furtherbut I dont mind the drive from my house. Read more

I ordered the Southwestern Bison Chipotle burger while my friend ordered a Cheeseburger, fried, and a drink. The Southwestern... burger was a large, flavourful, juicy burger. It had a soft and chewey bun, a juicy beef patty, a fresh tomato, beans and cornon the bottom bun, and guacamole spread on the top bun. The most noticeable favor was the generous spread of guacamole. Itdidn't overpower the burger and insisted adden a taste not found in a typical burger. An ingredient that wasn't as noticeablewas the melted cheese which didn't contribute to the taste of the burger. Over all, I am very satisfied with my burger and planon ordering it again. One thing to note about the burger is that it is a very juicy burger, and as a result tends to be prettymessy. If you don't want to have your hands covered in beans and guacamole, I suggest eating the burger with a napkin. Myfriend rated the Cheeseburger a 3 out of 5 stars and gave the fries a 4 out of five. He wasn't satisfied with his choice of amedium rare patty, but liked the classic feel of the burger. Read more
