This was my first time trying Uyghur Cuisine at Bostan and I think it is more than safe to say it will not be my last. I was... extremely surprised by the high level of care and attention that goes into each and every dish, albeit it may take a littlelonger to prepare, but the wait is most definitely worth it!! Everything from the Lamb Skewers to the Soman Noodles, Lagmen,Kazan Kabobs, and even the oh so juicy Mantas was seasoned to perfection. The service here was absolutely on par with thequality of the food as well. They were just great, friendly people and you could just tell by the way they spoke about theirfood and culture how proud they were of it. 100% recommend to anyone who wishes for a great meal and to push their palate to awhole new level. Truly authentic uyghur cuisine and probably the best lagman in the area. Lamb kebabs are the second to go for, very tasty. The... place itself is very bright and clean. Customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended Read more

I\'d never had, or to be honest, heard of this food until yesterday. It was fantastic. The Shepherd salad was fresh, and... refreshing, for a hot summer day. The pumpkin dumplings were delicious, with spices I did not recognize but enjoyed. Servicewas fast and friendly. Read more

A solid option for a less-common Chinese cuisine. The lamb skewers were quite good, very tender and well seasoned. The large... plate chicken was very flavorful, but the chicken itself was kind of medium quality. The Saozi Noodles were not particularlyflavorful. Read more

Literally 2 spit for $70. Ordered chicken noodle soup, lamb kebab, beef manti, eggplant salad and flat bread. Instead of... chicken noodle soup they brought soup with dumplings. We refused. then they brought a lamb kebab, after some time manti. Iasked where is the salad? It looks like they forgot about it, as well as about flat bread (which was never brought in the end). When they brought the salad, the lamb kebab was already cold, which I informed the waiter and he just warmed it in themicrowave so that the already too small portion became microscopic in size, plus a third of the pieces were just fat. As aresult, flat bread and soup with dumplings were included in the bill. Terribly disliked the service and portion size. Read more
