I had a horrible experience. The owner “Ellie” allowed us to receive horrible service as well as the manager “Abdullah”.... After acknowledging that our service was horrible the owner told me some free shots of Jose Cuervo was “the best she cando”…my party spent over $1,000…you’re the owner and you can do better, but whatever. The servers don’t care becausethey get auto gratuity. They obviously treated people of other races better than black people with much better service. PLEASEsave your money or go somewhere where it is appreciated. Read more
This spot is straight hood. Looks can be deceiving from what the website shows. Its crowded over the capacity of people, hookahs... everywhere. I thought this was a restaurant that would be nice and chill. It was a club setting with a lot of trap music andthat kind of vibe. Too each is own, but not mines. Don't go on a Friday night. Ok I loved this place. Very hyped atmosphere. The music was good however its was way to loud for me. The waitress we had was... not very experienced in keeping customers happy. I would go back but defintly taking ear plugs. Read more
Amazing staff, however we love loud music but this time we visit it was extremely loud we can’t even hear what each other was... saying it was hard to order. We always have a blast going here it’s always a vibe and hookah’s are great we usually getwatermelon mint. Make sure to make reservations for party 4 and more. Read more
For ambiance only. Drinks are small and over pricey. Why didn’t my margaritas arrive in a shot glass? ???? bathrooms are tiny.... Food is salty. Go for hookah (weak) and a sexy place to get drinks. Suggest they remove the gratuity from bill. Guy seated us took hookah order. Didn't see him for almost 30 minutes after. We had... to flag down other employees to place drink and food orders. Next time we saw him we was almost done with food. The guy bussingthe table had to let him know we was ready for our bill. I'm rating 3 stars because the food was on point, the atmosphere wasnice, music was cool and other employees made up for or original server. Need soda options as well. Over priced can sodas, tornfurniture and bad service. Read more
GREAT ATMOSPHERE! staff is friendly, food is really good, drinks on the money, (you gotta try a Phycho, more bang for your buck)... dessert AMAZING! And they have hookah. Win win here! Read more
My first time here and Yoshi somehow made me feel like a regular with a packed bar (I later learned she was new, but sis works... the bar like she been here). She remembered my drink without me having to repeat it and checked on me often. The DJ was avibe. Not overly packed. Decor is nice. The hookah left a little to be desired, but it may have been a fluke. Might updatethis part ???? Definitely recommend. Read more
