Went here and the man behind me in line tried to order a full size quesadilla. Workers told him he couldn?t do that, but he... could if he ordered online. This is not the fault of the hourly workers, but is the result of bad management. Obviously the manwas angry. Ordering via phone when you?re already in person at a restaurant is stupid. Either take it off the menu completely orserve customers in a basic human way. It?s completely fine to remove this item from the menu if it takes longer and is harder toprepare, but in no world does it make sense to look a person in the face and tell them directly to use a phone to place an orderwhen they are right in front of you. A simple human solution to avoid this mess would be to say, ?sir, we can make this foryou, but it will take much longer than our other menu items, is that ok?? Read more
Updating my review of this Chipotle. Every time I come in I see the rice out in the open just looking like a health code... violation. I'm surprised they don't keep it in the back. You can literally walk up and put your hand in the rice. Today thecontainer was left open when I came in. This can't be sanitary. The staff at this location are excellent! They have definitelyimproved from previous years. Everyone looks happy and is always so polite. I will update my review to 5 stars if they fix theirrice situation, because that's nasty. Read more
This evening I received the smallest Chipotle burrito I've received in 10 years as a customer. I thought shrinkflation was a... problem in consumer goods from the grocery store, not the service industry. I do believe the gentleman who made my burritogreeted me with a "hello", but proceeded to stare at me between meager scoops as though he anticipated a response rather thaninquiring if I wanted this or that. To make matters worse, the girl who rang me up didn't even acknowledge me, but continued herconversations with other employees. She didn't offer me a total, which is alarming considering the receipt printer was broken(per a hand-written note) so it's as though no record of my mediocre experience exists. The day team here is so excellent! I haven?t seen the old shift manager in a while, and I honestly think the place has gone up... hill ever since. They are extremely friendly, even if I?ve got my mask on or not, even if I walk in 2min after they?ve opened.There used to be some weirdness going on with the guacamole (legit, it?s like the night team took home the avocados and decidedto put sour cream in the mix, instead) but it?s been totally resolved and totally legit for the last 6mo. Overall not my best experience, waited patiently even after the female employee made me wait until she was done making her door... dash or grubhub order and when they took a person before that . I understand it was a little bit of a language barrier with herand when another person ( manager possibly) took over and helped translate and he was one who finished preparing my food. As hewas preparing my food I felt as if I did something wrong by just making sure my order is correct by repeating myself . If you?regoing slap food and slam spoons while having an attitude when preparing food then maybe this isn?t the job for you sir . Did notfeel welcome and just pushed aside , will not return .
