It?s a chipotle but basically the worst one I?ve gone to. I go here from time to time and they?re regularly out of everything... (guac, sour cream, tortillas, dressing); their guacamole is frequently made with unripe avocados that aren?t mashed up, I findavocado stems and bits of unchewable tendon in my bowls regularly. Ordered delivery from this location and got the wrong item, not even close to what I ordered, chipotle support is useless, won't... correct the issue and only offer "free entree" which doesn't cover/recoup their "delivery fee", "service fee", or the the tipfor the driver. We order from here quite often, and we have had them put the wrong meats in the salad bowls several times. However tonight they... completely messed up, giving us a random bowl of who knows what rather than what was in the order and on the receipt. This was our first time at a Chipotle, but we were really pleased with it all. She got the bow and I got the burrito, but both... were loaded with ingredients and very flavorful. The service was nice too with everyone being very friendly and accomodating.The restaurant itself was mostly clean, although there were a few tables that still had trash on them. And there was also randomtrash in other places. So while that was a let down, the food and service made up for it. We did order directly at therestaurant, so we can't speak at all on behalf of the online ordering. But in person went very smoothly and we will definitelygo back again. Read more

Very disappointing Chipotle franchise. Always a long line, skimping on the amount of food in pick-up/delivered meals, and the... restaurant does not appear cleanly. Management needs to get involved and either hire new or more workers. For this location, ithas a huge competition with all of the other new and upcoming restaurants and must do better. Read more
