Not too busy but there may be a short line on the weekends. There is seating inside the shops in front of the Coldstone. Clean... interior and exterior. Ice cream prepared by a new staff member. My husband and I came in to purchase an ice cream cake and some shakes, but unfortunately did not feel comfortable doing so. The... staff didn?t seem to be practicing the best practices as far as cleanliness. While in line, we noticed that all of them had longhair that was free falling and not tied back or covered. We also observed employees using gloves to touch and move their hairand rub their faces and noses. Additionally they were fluctuating from operating the register, and handling money, to fixing icecream with the same gloves. After being in line for about 6-7 minutes we no longer felt comfortable to eat from thisestablishment. It?s a possibility they are just young and unaware. This is a teachable moment Read more
Their staff was efficient and friendly. Although there were only two of them they were able to tackle the long line ahead of us... and still get us what we ordered in a timely manner. Ice cream of course was amazing! Will definitely be back. Read more

Cold Stone Ice Cream is very delicious! Super smooth and creamy. It's not to sweet. They have a lot of different selection of... flavor to choose from. Their ice cream is really appealing to eat. I enjoyed this experience. I wasn?t rushed to choose what I wanted and though there was a long line, it wasn?t a bad wait. A... good friend and I stopped in on a Sunday evening when it appeared to be pretty busy. I don?t have anything bad to say about thislocation. Ordered online for a pick-up and added in another fruit to my cheesecake fantasy order. There was almost no add-in?s whatsoever.... Also, the fruit I paid extra for wasn?t in there! Definitely not worth the price at this location. Read more
