Terrrrrrible customer service. Cashier was talking to me like I owe her money or something. They gave me grilled cheese first... with frozen bread. I took a bite and figured that it was frozen. Not sure how good this place is. I didn't realize it wasn't a standalone dunkin, so I went to a standalone dunkin instead.
Friendly staff. The lady at the counter is very customer-service oriented.
The times I have stopped by to get 1 box of Joe and 2dozen donuts I have waited close to 20 minutes. In so dissatisfied but its... the closest one to my house. I will have to pre order from now on. Decent DD/Baskin Robins location in the area. We came on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised there was only one person... working both registers - consequently ordering and getting our orders took awhile but it wasn?t the workers? fault, but rathermanagement. The young worker was patient, kind and worked hard and the drinks and ice cream came out well. I did notice therewas a hole in the ceiling though and bathrooms were not functional. Read more
