The food is awful, and the service is bad. There is this light skin Latino teenager that works there. My mother went there and... she don?t speak English very well. My mother was very polite to the kid. But he was being very rude to her. I ask her what washis name she said his name was dilian. He was judging her on the type of food she was getting and was very rude when she askedhim how long for the arepas. He said ma?am your asking me way to many time wait for your turn. My mom never got her second arepanor did she get her full order. We tried speaking to the manager but the manager is never there. If your trying to eat anythingthat they sell just go to chipotle. I've been twice and I've only had the pollo "curated bowl", but both times I was blown away by how good it was. Each ingredient... has an amazing flavor. Even the red potatoes (which, in general, I find to be lacking in flavor) were extra flavorful. Needlessto say, I look forward to trying their other items. Either way, Maizal is well worth a visit just for the pollo bowl. This place is alright. I ordered two chicken empanadas first but they were out of chicken. I went for shrimp and they were out.... Ended up going with beef brisket but got mostly potatoes and less meat. Disappointing. The churros I ordered wereexcellent. The lady handed me the food in these small paper packets. Not sure if that?s normal, never had it like that. Sheseemed surprised when I asked for anything big enough to food my food on because I selected Dine-in on the kiosk. Guava drinkwas alright. I got a bowl here and it was 10/10, and for $10 its hard to beat. Would highly recommend.

Cute little eatery with some very good empanadas. I had the chicken curry empanada, a steak empanada, and the shrimp empanada. I... also had the guava juice. The only problem is that they gave me one of the wrong empanadas (chicken curry instead of chorizo,which was my original order), and they were almost going to not give me a napkin and fork (until I asked).
