this is my local mcdonald?s.. and it?s really a shame. it is by far the worst mcdonald?s in this area. when i say staff hardly... speak any english i mean it. i don?t think one of their staff members is fluent. the people who work the drive through canhardly communicate and often get orders wrong. and i?ve been coming here for years. they frequently forget to salt their friesand their ice cream machine has been broken for the better part of this year. speaking of which it is broken today. they neverhave someone working register, and when they do it is always a rude lady who clearly doesn?t want to be there. on top of all ofthis the floors are always sticky and the tables are never cleaned. i don?t think i?ve ever seen someone cleaning. truly a shamethat this is the nearest one to me. This is THE best McDonald's in the North Arlington, VA area. The sense of pride, good service and efficiency is clearly and... consistently evident whether walking in or driving through. The owner(s) and managers seem to provide a great example for whatis clearly an inspired staff. Read more
This is the closest McD's to my house and unfortunately has been consistently subpar for decades. With the exception of... tonight's burger, the food has never been bad. Tonight's burger was greasy and sloppy but it was 3:55am and I'm sure they wererushing to switch over to breakfast. The issue here seems to have always been the lack of training which I blame on uppermanagement and the owner. I've spoken with him once before. I'm extremely sympathetic right now due to labor shortageseverywhere so this post is a general one - not specific to my visit 30 minutes ago. They always forget straws, or napkins, orsauce for nuggets. Sometimes they forget the nuggets. By contrast, the Richmond Hwy location by the airport is always perfect.The one on Arlington Blvd at Patrick Henry Dr is also almost always perfect. My advice if going to this location is to check,and double check, your order before leaving. You'll be glad you did. They also don't do mobile orders well here. Several timesthey've been out of something or the ice cream machine is "broken" yet I'll still get charged for everything I've orderedthrough the app. I most come here between 9pm until 5am, but have had the same issues during the day. The problems are usuallyat night. 60% of my night orders have mistakes. 20% of my day orders. They're also very slow. If you have the option, pick oneof the other locations. Read more
my friends and I keep ordering from them on uber eats, however they have canceled the last two orders unexpectedly with no... reason or explanation. it?s absolutely unacceptable behavior! it does not make any sense as to why this store has canceled somany times, like who allows this to happen, the orders are not even complicated, its just big macs?! like how hard is this togive a proper explanation or to not cancel. don?t order online from them ever, period- Read more
I applied to this McDonalds location, phone service is extremely disgraceful. I?ve had worked at an McDonald before and I know... how busy it get at sometimes. But i was calling to get an update on my application I submitted an week ago and they kept gettingit confused that I was trying to get an application and that we should come in 4 days from today and get the application, afterrepeatedly saying I already submitted it and I wanted to talk to an manager to get an update, they kept saying ?ok,ok? and hungup on me, I called three times and this happen three times . If you are very busy you can just tell us to call back anothertime or day or the next time, not just hang up on the person. Very bad and disgraceful service. The ladies here are awesome! Especially Yecenia, Obelys, and Demary. They are always friendly and professional every time I go... in. I am there every day for my morning iced coffee, and I am never disappointed. I?ve been coming here for over a year now, andI can confidently say that the service here is consistently good.
