Conveniently located in the Food Court. It's McDonald's, so you know exactly what you're getting. Really good chocolate shake.
Food was fairly good. Size of burgers seems to shrink every time I eat at MacDons. Tables n chairs mostly clean. Counter service... person was kind of polite, wait in line was zero, but with 4 cooks, 1 manager, 2 counter people, I?d expect to not have to wait12 minutes. Order 11:04. Received 11:16. Read more
This McDonald?s is horrible. I made a mobile order 10 mins before I needed to be at work. Whoever the girl is that was in charge... of bagging the orders was unorganized, slow and lack time efficient. She was so unorganized that she messed up my order and Iwas waiting over 10-15 mins for my food. I couldn?t even get my food and when I asked where?s my mobile order she looked lost inthe face and didn?t even apologize for the inconvenience that she had caused. I tried to get her to cancel my order because Ihad to be at work but she told me I had to contact customer service which is another big inconvenience for me. The least shecould?ve done was apologize but nope she was rude and acted like it was my problem. Read more
Very unprofessional workers specially the lady name PAMELA . Treating the delivery drivers rudely and dictating them what to do... with thier phone and how to proceed with the delivery process. I?ve seen her and her co worker tell the driver how to to thierjob. Observing them argue infront of me makes me sick. Those workers i believe are not supposed to dictate anyone how to doother people?s job. They should just mind thier own business. Read more

While at the mall doing some shopping with my son, we got hungry! There was many options to chose from in the food court on the... main floor. I ultimately chose to get some food for him here because he?s a picky eater and I wanted to get him somethingsomewhat healthy. Also, he?s been avoiding eating food i brought him the day before (chicken parm pasta and broccoli), so Ididn?t want to get him all of what he wanted. I ordered via app to get rewards point. They had a deal for free 6 piece nuggetswith $1 purchase. I ended up getting him 6 piece nuggets, apple slices, apple juice. His food was ready at about 4-5 minuteslater. His food was hot and they weren?t very busy. He asked for honey to go with his apples and they had some available. My sontold me he was still hungry after he finished as he had been saying he wasn?t hungry to avoid eating the food. I told him he hadto wait to we get back but he started crying.. So I got him 3 more packs of apple slices and honey to go with it. He wassatisfied after that. I will add they they gave me honey mustard instead of honey. However, it was a quick and easy fix to swapout. As a side note to the story, my son ate the chicken parm and broccoli when we got back to the hotel when he got hungryagain, lol. Read more
They're fast here and the food is hot. There isn't much more you can ask for from Mickey Doo's.
