I went into this establishment and asked if they had vegan/non-dairy cheese. The older gentleman at the register looked at me... with disgust walked away and in a demeaning manner and stated ?we just have regular cheese.? I was on vacation and ordered from here. The food was just ok. I had a calzone my son had a Gyro. While there wasn't anything... wrong with the food it was just basic. The delivery driver forgot my drinks and insisted that I sign for my order and tip himbefore we would go back to get them and bring them to me. He did but he easily could have screwed me. This was my second time ordering and my husband and I decided this will be our official pizza spot! We are new to the area and... trying to find food gems and this is it! We ordered a medium (12? is their medium ) pepperoni pizza with regular crust and 8medium wings. We asked for the wings to be well done and extra sauce and they were sooooooo good!!! The wings have a grilledtaste and not breaded (which is my favorite) and the pizza has been fresh each time! High recommend!!!!! Read more
I?ve been to that restaurant multiple times and based on my personal experience, the restaurant is a very clean store and well... organized. The food is phenomenal especially their pizzas it?s very tasty and well baked. The store manager has amazingexperience with his management skills as well as leaving his customers well satisfied. This place has really gone downhill. I used to order from Paisano's all the time, and the quality and service was always top... notch, but it will be a very long time before I even consider ordering from here again. The last four times I've ordered, thefood has arrived between 45 minutes to 2 hours late, and twice, they've left things I paid for off of my order. On my lastorder, for which I paid over $60 for 2 pizzas and an order of garlic knots, I had to call after the food was half an hour lateto check on it, and it finally showed up 45 minutes after the promised delivery time. I was prepared for this however, since onmy previous 3 orders I've had to call multiple times to check where my delivery was. On one particularly bad ordering experience(for which I again spent over $60) I had to wait 2 hours past the promised delivery time for my food to show up, and thedelivery person didn't call to let me know that they had FINALLY dropped it off. I had to call for the 4th time to check wheremy order was only to find out that it had already been dropped off. To top it off, there were multiple items left off the order! The owner tried to make things right by offering me a 30% discount for the next time I ordered, but when I ordered again, heonly gave me a 20% discount and it showed up over an hour late. I should have learned my lesson and not ordered from Paisanosagain, but I realize times are tough, and I like to support local businesses - plus their pizza is pretty good! This last timewas it for me though. In anticipating the poor service I'd be receiving from Paisano's (and to balance out previous badservice), I left a less generous tip than I usually do, and the owner had the nerve to call me back and question my tip afterhis business had just dropped off my order 45 minutes late! This has to be one of my favorite pizza places in Virginia. Since I work close to their location, I usually call ahead and then... pick up my order just to save time. I?ve been in this area for quite some time, and I have to say that I?ve seen their deliverycars around more than twice. The pizza is simply awesome. They don?t really overload the pizza with sauce, and I think thatthey have the ingredients portioned-out just right! The fresh mozzarella and basil combination is a real temptation. Thepizzas a cooked with just-the-right crust with the right amount of sauce and cheese. The toppings are also very generous. Ihave seen that the menu looks well-rounded with a lot of other wonderful tasty options. I will have to order again so that Ican try something new for the next time. I will definitely keep coming back for the pizza for as long as I live in the area! Read more
