It's a pretty good burger only lacking a little in seasoning. Nice, clean restaurant right next to the metro. I already thought... the prices were at the absolute upper limit of what I'd pay, but now you are prompted to tip at the time of order. The Englishlanguage lacks the nuance to describe how farcical it is to prompt this while the company posts $200m+ in quarterly revenue. Read more

Hamburgers were very good. I got the oreo shake and it was good as well. We sat outside just after the sun went down and a nice... little breeze was coming through the area. During the day the area is very busy, but at night it's much more calm. We had agood dinner. It didn't take too long for them to m prepare our food. Read more
Had the bad luck to get in line behind 20 plus school kids who were using a prepaid coupon for their meal. Service was good but... slow. Ordered the Bourbon Back burger it didn't look like the picture but was good. Also had the cheese bacon fries which weretasty. I always like crinkle fries. The chocolate shake was okay. Read more
Shake Shack somehow managed to capitalize on the simplicity of appearing generic. The taste is fairly generic too, but it?s... definitely higher quality than conventional fast food burgers.. It?s above average.. but, Does it feel good to pay $12 for anondescript canned beer and a small portion of fries covered goopy cheese sauce? Have patience when you visit this (well, any of their) location. You will likely have to wait a little, but it?s worth it. This... is easily one of my favorite burger places, I always order a cheeseburger with a cookies and cream shake. It?s right in theentrance of Pentagon City, so it?s very easy to find. The staff were nice and the restaurant was clean. No complaints on my end! Read more
Well - that was just put it simply NOT GOOD! Expectations are pretty high when you charge premium for gourmet take on fast... food. Whoever was in charge of the grease today had a team of at least 5 people helping him. The burger and chicken were bothsoaked in oil and had absolutely no taste. No taste or texture on both. We didn?t finish it. Moving to fries - that was a jokeon another level. Oh man not my day - just blah. I am still nausea 2 hours post this ?elevating? experience. I didn?t confrontthe staff as they have to deal with more serious issues than unhappy hungry customer. Waste of money, waste of time. I?d give 5stars to Diet Coke but am too tired doing so.
