Fast friendly hardworking baristas and a lovely little location at the Metro station. Store is a great cafe location, with seats... facing north and east and floor to ceiling windows in the cafe as well. Read more
I love this Starbucks location. I live right nearby and it's a pleasure to come here. The staff are friendly and attentive and... my mobile orders are always ready to pick-up when I arrive. All my drinks have been made perfectly, aside from one time theygave me normal milk instead of oat milk. Other than that it has been wonderful to come here. They sometimes have odd hours - somake sure to check they are open before walking all the way there or ordering there. During Covid, they were closing at around 3pm which was very early. This Starbucks is two blocks from my house this is the second time I've patronized this location only to receive an undertone... twice in a row first time from a young male caucasian barista the second time from a young female Caucasian barista I'm onlyasking for the same treatment as every other customer that comes in there they have selective hearing they do not offer you thefull service as they do everyone else I will be calling the corporate office you all are in the hospitality industry meaningthat the hospitality extends the same way to everyone of every race Creed and color it's sad that we're still going through thisin this damn time 2022 if you don't want to deal with all people then get out of the hospitality industry and do somethingbehind closed doors Read more
Drinks taste great when they are made right, which is the only reason they get more than one star. However, over 50% of the time... that we order creme frappuccinos (no coffee) we get tons of coffee in them. This has happened over 5 times, and still happenseven when we say "no coffee" as we order. Small and not many food. Cozy seat only I like it. When I stay in here I don?t know why staff looks argument. I feel... confused. Metro station is really close. so Some times very crowed here. Restroom was so so. I think they need morekindness. What makes you guys unhappy but Cheer up! Read more
