Stuff friendly and nice Good quality, good service
I Briefly stopped in the day before to escape the heat. I accidentally dropped a gift card in the process. I came back today,... not realizing this is where I dropped the card. The employee recognized me and asked if I had lost something yesterday. When Iconfirmed what it was, she had it ready. I give the highest compliments, for her honesty and integrity. -did not seem sanitary. No masks, and lots of sloshing of the drinks making contact with skin. Pretty gross. -waited a long time... before being served, acknowledged or greeted. Then I got the wrong order -not all Starbucks locations are created equal. Read more

They need more than two people during the pre-work rush. It took me 15 minutes to get a latte and a pastry (not warmed up).... Employees are pretty unfriendly. On the bright side, I've never had an incorrect order. Would suggest going to the Starbucksnear the Ballston metro station instead. Read more
Just bought a Venti mocha frap. Tastes like mud and it started to foam up in bubbles..horrible experience
I've never had a great experience here, and I've been here probably 10 times. My drink rarely tastes like what it's supposed to,... and I've even had baristas remake drinks a few times. The staff is not friendly. It's in a hotel, so you don't even get freewifi unless you are a guest of the hotel. It's the closest Starbucks to my home, but I usually walk an extra mile to go toanother location just to avoid this one. Read more
