Employee is just so rude, didn?t even say hello back when I said hello, looked so annoyed when I ordered my drink,
Ordered online and it was ready when I came to pick up. Our drinks were prepared with care and delicious as usual.

Shout out to Ebony! This morning, I witnessed her maintaining her cool with a super awful customer (which is very hard to do... oftentimes in customer service jobs - I speak from years of experience). This customer asked for a box of coffee; Ebony said itwould take about 10 minutes to brew that particular type. The man told her he had to get to work and told her to "do her best." Ebony (very kindly) suggested he go to the Starbucks across the street to see if they had some already made. This man wasextremely rude to her and demanded a refund. Despite all of this, Ebony and her coworker very swiftly and kindly continued toserve customers. Dealing with a nonstop line of customers while making things to order is so stressful, and I've always enjoyedmy interactions with the staff at this location. I highly recommend it. Read more
Starbucks inside the Safeway. A little hard to find, but my latte was great, that's really all that matters!
Twice now, I ordered a green tea latte with steamed milk online and when I went to pick it up, it was iced. Last time I... corrected them so they made me a new drink, but I don't want to waste that, so I didn't bother this time.. Will go to the otherStarbucks from now on though. Read more
Go there regularly, but the attitude of the person behind the counter in the mornings is ridiculous!! I usually don't let that... bother me, and go there regularly because it is convenient for me, but never again!! Ordered tea this morning, and the tea bagburst in the cup when she poured the hot water, which apparently was my fault!! No apologies, and told me she can't do anythingas she was out of tea bags. Did not refund me my money, and I had to leave the place with just hot water in my cup. Never givingmy business again to this store with such an arrogant and demeaning person behind the counter!!
