Coffee is Starbucks coffee and the place is always staffed to the brim. Never a super long wait even when there is a big line.... They play the music a bit loud so I wouldn?t recommend this location for taking work calls. Limited seating, but it?s not toobusy when I?ve visited so I?m typically able to find a spot to sit down and setup shop. Read more

Worst Starbucks ever. Workers are clearly not understanding what customer service means. After ignoring me for 5 minutes... (without a line), They take our order. I had to substitute for so many things and then when i am waiting for my order that iswhen he decides to tel me that they are out of that as well. Avoid this location. This is a very busy location at times and if you happen to order at the register, just be patient because mobile orders are... priority. It does not bother me because I love the location: it has a beautiful plaza with shops, it has sittings outside bothin the shade and sun, and last my decaf latte always tastes delicious. I?ve come here two to three times now, and staff hasn?t been able to competently manage incoming orders with mobile orders. On... three separate occasions, I?ve come here and had to add extra money to my parking meter while I wait for a simple two drink, twopastry order. This place?s service has been incredibly frustrating. My coffee shouldn?t cool in the time I am waiting for food.However, if you order ahead, you?ll get your drinks and food timely. Read more
