Quick, accurate, and friendly service. Another customer spilled their drink while I was there. The staff noticed, offed to clean... the spill for him, and provided a replacement drink free of charge. They may be in a hotel, but they're significantly betterthan some other Starbucks I've been to. Read more

I got food poisoned by their egg sausage and cheese sandwich and my stomach has been upset the whole day. Normally when I order... it it?s been fine, but this time I bought two. One had black and dark tortilla, and every bite tasted bitter. The egg in it gotdark too. Not many people visit it so I think they must?ve had the burrito there for a long time. The short woman there is always rude. I have never seen her polite beyond that of a monotone robot but have seen her ride to... multiple people. When she makes a mistake she won?t apologize or admit fault. When you ask for anything off the secret menu shesays they don?t have it. Considering the ingredients are the same for the drink I wanted, as an advertised regular drink sheserved to another person, this is just lazy. Another person in line wanted to use his Starbucks app but she refused and saidthey don?t have it, yet the other register did it 3 people later. She didn?t wash her hands before handling food after she justfinished wiping down tables and sweeping either. Very rude and lazy woman there and considering she is there all the time andgives orders, she is likely a manager. Read more
The woman working the counter was very sweet and helpful, and our drinks and breakfast were good too.My 12 yr old daughter... wanted to try the pink drink, and they made her a sample to try, (which she ended up getting one????) and they made my boys hotchocolate to kid temp w/o me even having to say anything. When my stuff was done both times i was at a different side of thecounter, and the woman would say here mom...it was so nice. I would highly recommend this starbucks!! Read more
It would be easy to look down upon a Starbucks in a hotel, but the people who work here make all the difference. The morning... shift greets you with genuine smiles and make your order just the way you remember it. In the afternoon, you are greeted by Amy,the nicest woman you can image. Go here please!
