Incompetent and hard of hearing. They triple charged us and after we said something they tried to blame us saying "because we... modified the order" typical airport service, doesn't even deserve 1 star. You can do better then this Starbucks. Read more

Worst experience ever at Starbucks. Order wrong then would not be replaced. Surely workers who act as if they are doing the... customer a favor. Asked for a small cup of ice to go with my $16+ order and was refused. Probably a unionized shop. Read more

THE worst Starbucks!!!!! They are SO slow, they couldn't make the orders right and one of the employees instead of making the... orders kept complaining and being rude to the other employees! Simply horrible to watch and I couldn't get my order because myflight was departing. Was the worst experience!!! Read more

Extremely busy Starbucks... But it is the only Starbucks in the whole terminal, so makes sense. They do take mobile orders, so... if you're walking there and it's going to take a good 15 min... Then get your order when you start walking. Not when you'rerunning to catch a flight. Read more

I also saw that the store was supposed to be closed later. One of the employees closing tonight let me know otherwise... Hours... change, that's fine, but how you tell people should still be in a professional manner without attitude. That's just unnecessary. Read more

I do not recommend this establishment! Here the staff is cheating people! At my request to give me a check, a manager named... Fatima (as she introduced herself) pumped me out, saying that they did not have a cash register, while not specifying my namewhen placing an order. After I asked her to change the gloves with which she previously washed the coffee machine, she grinnedand said that I was just making coffee and left, calling her senior manager James (as he introduced himself) and told him thatshe would not serve me! At my request then to return the order to me and return the money to me, I was rudely refused! At thesame time, they waved away and said that they did not want to serve me and called the airport security! To which I kindlyexplained that I just want coffee and if they refuse to make it to me, then let them return the money! Because of all of theabove, I almost missed my flight and got psychologically traumatized. I was not issued a refund, they didn?t give me a check,they didn?t make coffee !!!
